OUR MISTAKES

'TOO FAST, TOO FURIOUS' APPROACH TO BUSINESS SCALING

Ineffective assessment of the team and its spirits, different perspectives of the owners led to the company split-up in 2019. Many employees left, and as of the 1st of December 2019 there were more than 80% of people working at the company for less than a year.

Considering this experience, we took our time time for learning, team development and adjusted the scaling plan for 2020-2022.

EMPLOYEES QUICKLY BURNT OUT DUE TO THE WORKING STYLE ESTABLISHED

The classic mistake – to treat everyone as if they were alike. We created a fast-paced environment without taking into account the needs of our colleagues. The fact, that very team member not only shares the company’s goals, but also has his or her own ones. Now our task is to align them as closely as possible.

Our vision is that work is our second home. Our development at work leads to developments in all life spheres. We do our best to encourage our employees to achieve their personal aims along with ours.
