OUR MISTAKES

TOO FAST PROCESS
OF BUSINESS SCALING

Inappropriate team and morale evaluation, different views of owners let to the company split in 2019. After that many team members left, and as of 1st of December 2019, more than 80% of employees have been working for the company less than a year.

Taking this experience into consideration, we allocated time for learning, team development and adjusted the scaling plan for 2020-2022.

BECAUSE OF THE WORKING STYLE WE ESTABLISHED

A classic mistake – to treat everyone as if they were alike. We set fast pace of work without taking into account needs of people we were working side by side. Every team member shares company`s goals and at the same time has his or her own aims, and our task is to align them as closely as possible.
